This newly built residential project and creative community, consisting of 34 properties, will be set amidst a contemporary art park providing a unique lifestyle concept. By welcoming artists, curators, writers, musicians, designers, and other creative talents, a vibrant and inspirational community will be formed where all participants will contribute in a multitude of ways to synthesis a revolutionary new 21st-century cultural institution.
